Fat Burning Recipes

Fat Burning Recipes

Are you struggling to get rid of belly bulge? Are you having trouble taking off those extra pounds around your bottom or thighs, or flab on your arms and upper body? There are some fat burning recipes to help you  target the areas that bother you.
If you tend to store fat in your bottom, a low-fat, high-protein and complex carbohydrate diet is a great way to help combat a larger butt. The effort it takes your body to break down these foods helps eliminate fat on your lower body.

So here are 2 areas of concern where the body stores fat and here are 2 recipes that can help you.
If you are big all over there is a supplement that will trick your body to be thin, but it is not a miracle pill, you still have to exercise and eat the right foods, but Raspberry Ketone will help you boost your metabolism and lose that unwanted fat.

Fat Buster: Raspberry Ketone Supplement

If you are trying to tackle fat all over or simply want to lose weight, consider raspberry ketone supplements.

Raspberry ketone, a natural compound found in red raspberries, helps your body to burn fat by breaking up fats within your cells.

It contains the hormone adiponectin that boosts metabolism. The supplement is recommended because you’d have to eat 90 pounds of raspberries to get the same effect.

Take 100mg of raspberry ketone at breakfast time. You can start to see results in just 5 days and more dramatic results over time. You can find it at Fat Burning Supplements  for about $12.

Big on Top (Chest, Arms and Back)

Women who are big on top carry fat in their chest, arms and back and are the android type. Upper body fat is dangerous for your heart. Stress and lack of protein makes this problem area worse. However, the right combination of foods can melt away the extra fat.

Fat Buster: L-Carnitine Lunch Tex Mex Salad

Just like big bellies, people who carry weight in their upper body do well on a diet that emphasizes dairy. This salad has a decadent sour cream topping. Pair with 500mg of L-carnitine, which stimulates growth hormone and helps turn on the mechanism that burns off fat in those specific areas. Eat with an orange since vitamin C activates L-carnitine.
Mexican Salad
This salad is loaded with healthy fats and proteins that can help you lose weight. And the decadent sour cream topping is a nice source for diary. Substituting dairy for other heavier foods in your diet can help you lose weight in your upper body.
Ingredients
Makes 1 serving
3 cups baby spinach
1/2 cup corn (frozen/defrosted or canned)
1/2 cup black beans
1/4 cup red onions, sliced into half moons
1/4 avocado, cut cross wise into thin slices
1/2 cup salsa
1 tbsp low-fat sour cream

Directions
Combine and mix all ingredients except the sour cream in a bowl, then top it off with the sour cream.

500mg L-carnitine and 1 orange

Bonus Fat Buster: Yoga is a great way to tone your body and a simple Downward facing Dog pose will help, so get down on your hands and knees and put your bottom toward the sky. Hold yourself up like this as you lift your body up. This pose can help selectively burn fat in the upper bar of your body. Do for two minutes each day.

Big Bottom
Two-thirds of women have this body shape, the gynaeoid, more commonly known as big bottomed. Studies show that having a big behind is not as dangerous as having belly fat, and may even protect you against deadly illnesses like diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

However, your bottom is the first place you gain weight and the toughest area to trim down because your body wants to store this fat as energy.
If you have a large bottom, your diet should be high in complex carbs and protein and low in fat. This type of diet makes it harder for your body to store unwanted fat on your behind.

Red Clover Meal
2 Cups Red Clover Tea
Red clover tea contains isoflavones, which can help regulate estrogen that contributes to fat on your bottom.
Chicken Pasta Primeriva

Ingredients
Makes 1 serving
1 tsp olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
14 oz can of chopped tomatoes
1 cup edamame
1 tsp dried oregano
1 cup cooked pasta
4 oz cooked chicken breast cut into thin strips
Dash of salt
Directions
Warm the olive oil in a pan, add the onions and cook until softened, about 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Then add in the tomatoes, edamame, oregano, cooked pasta, chicken strips and cook until warmed through. Add some freshly ground pepper and a touch of salt.

Super Foods to Boost your Mood

Check out some of the super foods to boost your mood. It’s common to feel anxious, moody or stressed out when you’re trying to lose weight. Luckily, there are three super-healthy super foods that will not only be welcome in your weight loss regime.

For Anxiety: Drink Kefir Milk
This milk is different from regular milk because it’s fermented with probiotic kefir grains. Kefir milk is also loaded with tryptophan – an amino acid that also helps raise serotonin levels in the brain – which can help reduce anxious feelings. Drinking one cup a day is enough to keep you feeling calm.

For Mood Swings: Eat Asparagus
If you’re prone to mood swings, asparagus is a must-have vegetable in your diet. It’s packed with folic acid; low levels of this nutrient have been linked to depression. Just one cup of asparagus has 66% of your daily value of folic acid. It’s easy to incorporate this superfood into your diet – you can use it as an ingredient in an omelet or throw some asparagus tips into a salad. Try to work it into at least two meals a day to regulate mood.

For Stress: Eat Oranges
Oranges are packed with vitamin C, which brings high stress hormones back to normal levels more quickly. Vitamin C also helps lower blood pressure. Blood pressure can rise in response to stressful situations. Eat an orange as a snack on the days when you anticipate extra stress at home or at work. Doing so about an hour before a stressful situation can help you stay calm.

Prevent Heart Disease

Preventing heart disease can be a matter of making the right choices for your heart and overall health.

The best protection against heart disease is to prevent it from happening in the first place. Poor diet, lack of exercise and years of bad lifestyle habits takes its toll on the heart.

Heart disease can be prevented if you are willing to stop the assault and adopt a health lifestyle from this day forward.

Eat for Your Heart
Prevent Heart Disease
In addition to limiting your intake of high-fat foods and red meat, there are certain things you should also be adding to your diet. Focus on a plant-based diet loaded with fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes, as well as the following:

Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce: This Asian-style hot sauce consists of, among other tasty ingredients, garlic and red chili peppers. Allicin, the active compound in garlic, affects the nitric oxide system, thus helping to relax blood vessels, which can help reduce blood pressure. The capsaicin in chili peppers may also have these vasorelaxant properties, helping to reduce blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels as well.

Kidney Beans: These legumes are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, which help to reduce inflammation. Omega-3s reduce triglycerides, stabilize your heartbeat, make platelets "less sticky" and can even lower blood pressure. Omega-3s also boost levels of HDL (the good cholesterol) and help clear your arteries. Add kidney beans to soups and salads.

Sweet Potatoes: These root vegetables contain lutein, carotenoids and alpha carotene. All these antioxidants work to protect your heart. Swap white starches out for nutrient-rich sweet potatoes whenever you have the chance.

Drink for Your Heart

Thinking outside the box when it comes to juice can be beneficial to your health. The following juices may not be in everyone’s kitchen, but they are certainly worth trying. Both are available in grocery stores. For an even greater health boost, try making fresh juice at home.

Blackcurrant Juice: A recent study has found that blackcurrant juice may help lower the levels of inflammatory markers like C-reactive protein (CRP), which appears to be correlated to heart disease risk. The body produces CRP during the general process of inflammation. Therefore, CRP is a "marker" for inflammation, meaning its presence indicates an increased state of inflammation in the body. Drink 1 cup a day to lower these levels.

Beet Juice: The nitrate content of beet juice is the muscle behind its blood pressure lowering benefits. Studies have shown that drinking 1 cup a day can help to reduce high blood pressure.
