Fat Fighter Homemade Curry Powder Recipe.
This is not the first time we were given the recipe to make your own curry powder on Dr. Oz, save your money and make your own Dr. Chaudhary’s curry powder blend and spice up your meals.
In a coffee grinder, grind the following ingredients together:
5 tsp coriander seeds.
1 tsp fenugreek seeds.
1 large bay leaf.
1/2 tsp cumin seeds.
1/2 tsp mustard seeds.
1 small (1 1/2 inch) cinnamon stick.
5 cloves
After you grind the above ingredients together, add: 2 tsp turmeric powder.
