Top Fighting Cancer Supplements

There are some supplements we can take to help prevent cancer, if you have a family history of certain cancers it would be in your best interest to take a supplement as well as know what  cancer fighting foods will help you.

IP6 supports breast, colon & prostate cells. IP-6 (inositol hexaphosphate) is a component of certain dietary fibers, particularly most cereal grains, legumes, and seeds high in oil. Many researchers believe that some of fiber's health benefits may be due to the antioxidant, immune enhancing, and cardiovascular supporting activities of IP-6 In-vitro and animal research has shown IP-6 to have significant protective and growth regulating effects on various cells and tissues including those of the colon, breast, and prostate. Take 500 mg twice a day.

Black Raspberry helps with the prevention of esophageal and cervical cancer, take 300 mg twice a day.

Vitamin D, especially D3 may help in the prevention of  breast, cervical and colon rectal cancer. A recommended dose of 1000 IU per day.

Eat a Mediterranean Style Diet

60 % Whole Grains plants and grains (they take longer to break down), complex carbo-hydrates as they take longer to metabolize.

20 % Protein, salmon, beans

20 % Olive Oils

Use turmeric with every meal, it is anti arthritic, anti cancer, anti heart disease it decreases oxidative stress, arthritis, inflammation

Cut down on refined sugars, which includes white pasta, white flour, just substitute with multi grain bread and whole wheat pasta and brown rice.

Exercise a little each day

Lymphatic’s have valves, so when you move the fluid in your valves start circulating which helps drain your lymphatic system.

Tomatoes
Tomatoes contain the antioxidant sulforaphane, which has been shown to reduce the risk of colon cancer in mice.

Cauliflower
Several studies have found a link between diets rich in cauliflower and a lower cancer risk.

Spinach
This vegetable is rich in folate – a B-complex vitamin that can protect against cancer.
